Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Post Pilot, an AI-powered business automation platform operated by Sitemaker Lab ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

If you are using Post Pilot on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Post Pilot is a SaaS platform that enables businesses to automate their digital presence across Instagram, WhatsApp, and Google Business Profile using AI-generated content and automated workflows. The platform allows you to:

• Connect your Instagram Business Account and publish AI-generated posts on your behalf
• Connect your WhatsApp Business number and automate customer communication
• Connect your Google Business Profile and publish business updates
• Monitor, manage, and reply to customer reviews and comments on your Google Business Profile
• Generate AI-powered images, captions, and hashtags
• Schedule content and manage automation workflows

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Post Pilot
• You must own or have explicit authorisation to manage the Instagram, WhatsApp, and/or Google Business accounts you connect
• Your use of Post Pilot must comply with Meta's Terms of Service, WhatsApp Business Policy, and Google's Terms of Service for the platforms you connect

3. Platform Integrations and Authorisation

3.1 Instagram

By connecting your Instagram Business Account, you explicitly authorise Post Pilot to publish posts and other content to your account on your behalf, using permissions granted through Meta's OAuth flow. You may revoke this authorisation at any time by disconnecting from the Accounts page or removing the app from your Facebook settings.

3.2 WhatsApp

By connecting your WhatsApp Business number through the Embedded Signup flow, you authorise Post Pilot to send and receive messages on behalf of your business using the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API. You remain responsible for ensuring your use of WhatsApp through Post Pilot complies with WhatsApp's Business Policy, including restrictions on messaging frequency and content type.

3.3 Google Business Profile

By connecting your Google Business Profile, you authorise Post Pilot to publish posts, retrieve location data, and read or reply to customer reviews via Google's Business Profile API.

4. Content Ownership and Responsibility

• You own your content. All content published through Post Pilot remains your property. We do not claim ownership of any posts, messages, or images created or published using the platform.
• You are responsible for your content. You are solely responsible for ensuring that content published through Post Pilot complies with applicable laws, third-party platform policies, and does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
• AI-generated content. Content generated by Post Pilot's AI is provided as a starting point. You should review AI-generated content before it is published. Post Pilot is not liable for AI-generated content that is inaccurate, offensive, or non-compliant.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Post Pilot to:

• Publish spam, misleading information, or deceptive content
• Send unsolicited messages in violation of WhatsApp's messaging policies
• Automate actions that violate Meta's Platform Terms or Community Standards
• Impersonate any person, business, or organisation
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or platform restrictions
• Resell access to the platform without our written consent
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose under Indian or applicable international law

6. Subscription Plans and Pricing

6.1 Plans

Post Pilot plans are sold à la carte per platform. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) for customers billed in India, and in US Dollars (USD) for customers billed internationally — the currency shown is determined by your billing location, not a user choice:

• WhatsApp Starter — ₹999 / $19 per month: Up to 500 AI replies/month, 1 broadcast campaign/month
• WhatsApp Growth — ₹2,499 / $59 per month: Up to 2,500 AI replies/month, plus booking, Google Sheets lead sync, and auto follow-up
• WhatsApp Pro — ₹4,499 / $99 per month: Up to 7,500 AI replies/month, includes AI Ecommerce (WhatsApp Commerce) natively
• Instagram Suite — ₹1,499 / $39 per month: Unlimited comment automation, plus up to 5,000 AI DM replies/month
• GMB Autopilot — ₹1,499 / $39 per month: Up to 5,000 AI review replies/month
• All-in-One Bundle — ₹5,499 / $129 per month: All platforms (WhatsApp + Instagram + GMB) plus AI Ecommerce, each with its own dedicated reply pool
• AI Ecommerce (WhatsApp Commerce) add-on — ₹1,999 / $69 per month: Requires an active WhatsApp or Bundle plan; included free at WhatsApp Pro and Bundle

INR prices are exclusive of GST. USD prices are not subject to GST or other Indian taxes.

6.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Customers billed in India are charged in Indian Rupees (INR) via Razorpay
• Customers billed internationally are charged in US Dollars (USD) via Dodo Payments, our international merchant-of-record payment processor
• GST will be charged as applicable under Indian tax law for INR billing only
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date

6.3 Refunds

• 7-day free trial: All new accounts receive a 7-day trial period. No charge is made during the trial.
• After trial: Subscriptions are non-refundable once charged, except where required by applicable law.
• Service outages: If Post Pilot experiences extended downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours) due to our systems, you may request a pro-rated credit. Credits are not issued for third-party platform outages (Meta, Google, etc.).

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Post Pilot's automation features depend on third-party platform APIs (Meta, Google) which may be subject to rate limits, changes, or outages outside our control.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of Post Pilot is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Intellectual Property

The Post Pilot platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and branding, is the exclusive property of Sitemaker Lab. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

10. Disclaimers

• Post Pilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that automated posts will achieve specific engagement, follower growth, or business outcomes.
• We are not liable for any changes to third-party platform APIs or policies that affect the functionality of Post Pilot.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sitemaker Lab's total liability for any claims arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

• By you: You may cancel your subscription at any time from account settings. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or use it for unlawful purposes.
• Upon termination, your connected integrations are revoked and your data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion, unless you request immediate deletion.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Guwahati, Assam, India.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Post Pilot after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
