Refund Policy
Effective date: 13 June 2026 · Sitemaker Lab
At Post Pilot, operated by Sitemaker Lab, we want to ensure that our billing processes are handled transparently, fairly, and with the utmost clarity. This Refund Policy describes the terms and conditions regarding free trials, subscriptions, billing, cancellations, and refund eligibility.
1. Overview
Post Pilot's billing is handled transparently and fairly. We believe in providing our customers with clear and upfront information regarding our fees and policies so that you can use our service with complete confidence.
2. Free Trial
- All new accounts get a 7-day limited trial at no charge.
- The trial features restricted platform access and does not grant access to the full platform capabilities.
- No payment information is collected during the trial period.
- The trial does not auto-convert to a paid subscription without explicit user action to upgrade.
3. Subscription Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be charged as applicable under Indian tax law.
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay (for domestic transactions in India) and Dodo Payments (for international transactions).
4. No Refund Policy
- Subscriptions are non-refundable once charged.
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not result in a refund for the current billing period.
- Users retain full access to their paid platform features until the end of the current billing cycle after cancellation.
5. Eligible Refund Exceptions
We provide refunds or account credits under the following specific, limited circumstances:
- Double charge or billing error: If you are charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a technical error, we will issue a full refund within 7 business days.
- Charged after confirmed cancellation: If your card is charged after you have received a confirmation of cancellation for your subscription, we will issue a full refund.
- Extended platform downtime: In the event of platform downtime exceeding 24 consecutive hours caused directly by Post Pilot systems (excluding Meta, Google, or other third-party outages), we will issue a pro-rated account credit (not a cash refund).
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under one of the eligible exceptions, please contact our support team:
- Email: [email protected]
- Include your registered account email address and the transaction ID in the subject or body of the email.
- Our support team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
7. Failed Payment Handling
- If a renewal payment fails, the account enters a 3-day grace period during which you can update your billing details.
- After the grace period, automation features are paused.
- Your account is not deleted, and your configuration and data are safely retained.
- All services and automation features resume immediately upon successful payment.
8. GST and Taxes
- Tax amounts collected on subscriptions are non-refundable in all cases.
- GST invoices are issued and sent to the registered email address for all successful charges.
9. Cancellation vs Refund
- Cancellation: Stopping future renewal charges. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account settings (see our Cancellation Policy for details).
- Refund: Returning money already paid for a subscription. As stated, subscriptions are non-refundable once charged.
10. Governing Law
- This Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Guwahati, Assam, India.
