Cancellation Policy
Effective date: 13 June 2026 · Sitemaker Lab
At Post Pilot, operated by Sitemaker Lab, we put our users in full control of their subscriptions. This Cancellation Policy outlines how to cancel your subscription, what happens to your active automations, how we handle your data after cancellation, and guidelines on reactivating your account.
1. Overview
We believe in transparency and user autonomy. You are in full control of your subscription at all times. There are no hidden requirements, long-term contracts, or cancellation fees. You can manage and end your subscription whenever you see fit.
2. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through the Post Pilot platform. You do not need to contact customer support or submit a manual request.
- Log into your Post Pilot account.
- Navigate to your Account Settings page.
- Go to the Billing section and click on "Cancel Subscription".
- Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.
Your cancellation will take effect immediately upon completion of these steps, stopping all future billing cycles.
3. What Happens After Cancellation
- Retained Access: You will retain full access to all paid Post Pilot features and active automation tools until the end of your current billing cycle.
- Automation Execution: Any scheduled posts, active automated replies, and integrations will continue to function normally until the billing period concludes.
- No Future Charges: Once your cancellation is confirmed, no new charges will be made to your payment method unless you explicitly choose to subscribe again.
4. Data After Cancellation
- Retention Period: We securely retain your account configuration, automation settings, and workspace data for exactly 90 days after your cancellation date. This allows you to easily resume service without starting from scratch.
- Permanent Deletion: After 90 days of inactive status, all personal data, platform integration tokens, and custom configuration settings will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our active databases.
- Immediate Deletion: You can request immediate and permanent deletion of all your data at any time post-cancellation by submitting a request through our status check page or via email.
5. Reactivation
- You can reactivate your account at any time within the 90-day retention window to restore your workflows, integrations, and history.
- Upon reactivation, your subscription billing cycle starts fresh on the date of reactivation.
- If you return after 90 days, you must register a new account and reconfigure your integrations from the beginning.
6. Pausing vs Cancelling
Post Pilot does not currently support a temporary subscription pausing feature. If you need to stop using the platform for a period of time, the standard procedure is to cancel your subscription and reactivate it when you are ready to resume. Please note that cancellations stop future billing but are subject to our Refund Policy regarding past payments.
7. Governing Law
This Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes, questions, or claims arising out of or in connection with cancellation rules shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Guwahati, Assam, India.
